2 ripe avocados
18-20 unsalted cashews
Half small punnet watercress
2 cups coconut milk (start with 1½ cups, check consistency & adjust)
2 teaspoons olive oil
½ teaspoon Worcester sauce (Biona)
Pinch of salt
Blitz all the ingredients in blender.
Note: I did another combination later with pistachios and dill which you may wish to try!
